Otedola contributes N1 billion to the Lagos Security Trust Fund

Femi Otedola, the prominent business magnate, has made a generous contribution of N1 billion to the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF). The cheque was presented to Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu by Femi Otedola’s daughter, Tolani Otedola, during a ceremony at the Lagos House in Marina on Wednesday.

Jubril Gawat, media aide to Governor Sanwo-Olu, shared images of the presentation on social media, stating, “Governor of Lagos State, Mr @jidesanwoolu today received the cheque of 1 Billion Naira Donation by a patriotic citizen and an ambassador of Lagos State, Mr Femi Otedola @realFemiOtedola to the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (@followlsstf). The presentation was made by his daughter, Ms Tolani Otedola @shestolani today at the Lagos House, Marina. Mr Femi Otedola has been a consistent donor to the Fund.”

Ms. Otedola emphasized the enduring contribution of LSSTF to the state’s security framework and highlighted the Otedola family’s dedication to creating a secure environment for all Lagosians. In her closing remarks, she commended the governor and LSSTF for their commitment to ensuring the safety of Lagos and encouraged the Fund to continue its legacy of transparent and prudent resource management.
