Nigerian music icon Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has refuted a recent Instagram post announcing his separation from his wife, actress Annie Macaulay-Idibia, stating that his account was hacked.
In a statement shared on his verified Instagram account on Sunday, the legendary singer assured fans that the earlier post did not originate from him.
“My Instagram account has been hacked, efforts are being carried out to take back control #onelove!” 2Baba wrote, addressing the situation.
2Baba and Annie, who tied the knot in 2012, share two children and are widely regarded as one of the leading power couples in the Nigerian entertainment scene.
